By accessing or using SolidFitTrack (the “Service”), including our website and our Android and iOS mobile apps, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last effective” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
SolidFitTrack provides tools for individuals to plan workouts, log training and running sessions, and track their own progress over time.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable, or immediately where required for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
If you create a website account, you must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use. The mobile apps do not require website accounts.
The free mobile apps may display Google AdMob app-open advertisements. Ads and related consent (including Google’s User Messaging Platform where required) are part of the Service. Ad frequency and placement may change. Third-party ad networks process data under their own policies, subject to applicable consent choices. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
You retain rights to content you create or submit (“Your Content”), including workout logs, notes, and progress photos and other images you add in the mobile apps or on the website.
Mobile apps: Your Content generally stays on your device (and in any encrypted backup file you create). You are solely responsible for that content, including photos of yourself or others—you must have all rights and consents needed to store and use those images.
Website: To operate the website Service, you grant SolidFitTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process Your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights needed for Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
The mobile apps may let you create an optional encrypted backup file protected by a passphrase you choose. Encryption happens on your device. We do not hold a server copy of that file and cannot decrypt it, reset your passphrase, or restore your data if you lose the file or passphrase.
You are responsible for storing backup files securely and remembering your passphrase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidFitTrack is not liable for loss of data resulting from lost, corrupted, or inaccessible backup files or forgotten passphrases.
SolidFitTrack and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, logos, and documentation. Except for the limited rights to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service except where law forbids such a restriction.
Not medical advice. SolidFitTrack is a software tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. Workouts, goals, and metrics shown in the apps or website are informational. Always consult qualified professionals before starting or changing an exercise program.
Fitness activities involve risk. You are responsible for safe training practices, appropriate equipment, and your own supervision—including when using GPS run tracking outdoors.
Service “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidFitTrack and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if you have not paid fees.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify SolidFitTrack and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content (including progress photos), your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Service at any time (including by uninstalling the mobile apps or deleting a website account). We may suspend or terminate website access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service (with notice where reasonable).
Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SolidFitTrack operating entity and your location, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
